Introduction to Personal Process


Designed for people who work on software development teams but do not write programs, this course prepares students to participate on Team Software ProcessSM (TSPSM) teams. Key concepts and principles of the Personal Software ProcessSM (PSPSM) are covered at a high level so that students understand the terminology and the philosophy behind the methods. Students are guided through a series of lectures and exercises that teach the PSP process and prepare them to plan and track their work as part of a TSP project team. Learn how to support software engineers who are functioning at Capability Maturity Model® Integration (CMMI®) Maturity Level 5.

  • Develop ways to measure the size, time, and defects in your work
