Introduction to CMMI


As an SEI partner, AIS offers this 3-day course which is the SEI's official Introduction to CMMI course. It covers both the staged and continuous representations of the Capability Maturity Model® Integration (CMMI®) model. It also covers the fundamental concepts of the models, process improvement, and an introduction to the 25 Process Areas (PAs).

Designed for systems and software engineering managers and practitioners, potential appraisal team members, and engineering process group members, the training will consist of lecture and hands-on experiences. This course is required for all SCAMPISM A assessment team members.
