CONSULTING

AIS offers two approaches in meeting customer consulting needs. The first of these is a customized approach in which AIS will:
  • Recruit the kind of people its customer needs
  • Train them to customer specifications
  • Offer an option for the customer to hire after a period of time
Secondly, AIS will provide consultants to the customer from its pool of qualified professionals. These employees have strong credentials and are well trained to provide the highest quality service. With this approach, the customer may choose between :
  • Individual Consultants
  • Teams of Consultants
Hiring Standards

The AIS recruiting process requires a minimum of a Bachelors degree with a least a B average in order to be considered for application. Internships and experience are held in high regard. All applicants are interviewed using targeted selection and must demonstrate proficiency on a standardized programming skills test in C, C++, or COBOL.

Employee Certifications

AIS employees hold numerous professional certifications including: JAVA, Visual Age for JAVA, Net.Commerce, Lotus Notes, DB2, C++, AIX System Administration & Support, and Firewall Implementation.
