CMMI in a Nutshell


This half-day course introduces executives, managers, sponsors, champions, and practitioners to the fundamental concepts of Capability Maturity Model® Integration (CMMI®) and the value it can bring to organizations. The CMMI is composed of industry best practices formed into a model to guide process improvement. The presentation describes the CMMI model at a high level, presents industry data on the ROI of process improvement, and reveals "what's in it for me".

This course is intended for executives and anyone who wants a brief overview of CMMI.
