CMMI in a Nutshell
This half-day course introduces executives, managers, sponsors, champions, and practitioners to the fundamental concepts of Capability Maturity Model® Integration (CMMI®) and the value it can bring to organizations. The CMMI is composed of industry best practices formed into a model to guide process improvement.
