Basic Requirements

• Experience and education - Computer Science or Software Engineering degree or equivalent experience as well as job experience in some positions
• Competitive grade point average for entry-level positions
• Willingness to learn and apply software engineering process
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work at either a customer site or AIS facilities
• Eligibility and authorization to work in the United States
