AIS Principles
Quality doesn't just happen. It can't be an afterthought, an add on. Quality must be built into the software product and must be the primary goal throughout the development process. At AIS, people are more than concerned about quality: they are committed to it. This commitment, which has earned recognition from our peers, is based on the following principles:
- Each work product is delivered on time with the highest quality possible through planning, implementation, tracking and auditing - instead of "added-on quality" through a testing and debugging cycle.
- Reviews and audits ensure honest, disciplined performance.
- People make decisions about their work by utilizing data.
- Continuous improvement using the Personal Software ProcessSM (PSPSM) enables AIS individuals and teams to improve productivity.
